☀️I recently quit my full-time job due to the overwhelming negativity fueled by gossip, and then false rumors about myself that I wasn’t made aware of until now. I didn’t get involved with the name trashing or boss bashing, which apparently made me a target. Stress was getting to me, I was sick all the time and even having chest pains a lot. So I chose to preserve my  happiness and positivity and left.

Ten ways to soothe anxiety:


1. Take a walk.

Go for a hike or at least a short breather from others. Some people like to walk off and scream at the top of their lungs, just saying! I like to turn on my Bluetooth speaker and blast some Godsmack or Nicki Minaj =]

2. Try lighting a candle or your favorite incense.

 My favorite incense scents are Nag Champa and Frankincense and Myrrh. I’m not sure why it helps, it just does!

Hello there,

As a result of starting a charitable organization, and taking donations in my home, it’s getting a little crowded! I have tons of clothes, well.. not just clothes, there are blankets, coats, shoes, & hygiene supplies. Tubs and crates all sizes, filling up an entire closet and then some, stashed behind the recliner and in every nook and cranny!

This is normal to me in a way, since I’ve had a few hoarders in my family growing up. Me, well I’m collecting for the homeless and needy. I found something amusing the other day so I thought I would share. 

I  MYSELF... need clothes in a serious way. Not that I had many left after the previous year I had, but I’ve gained weight causing most of what I had to shrink I guess ;) just kidding! Anyways, back to the point. I have very few selections in my closet that are what I'd call fun or comfortable. I buy a clearance top if I go somewhere, or try to get to a thrift store occasionally and that's how I get by.

1. Love, love, and more love!  Love yourself, love your family, love your pets, love your town, love thy neighbors.

2. Forgive!  Start with yourself, your parents, your friends and start small. Everyone is coping with what they had to endure and what they were taught. We all have to find our way. Some of us take longer than others. Let it go. My motto is: I don't have regrets and wouldn't change a thing. Everything I have endured has led to who I've become. I'm starting to kind of like ME, finally. Learn to overlook smaller oversights or mistakes that people make. Nobody is perfect, and everyone benefits when you choose to shrug the unimportant stuff off. You've heard the saying, ’don't sweat the small stuff’. 
Stay positive! Be Happy!

3. Be YOU!  A popular phrase is 'be true to yourself ’. And I never really got it until a few years ago. You can't be happy when you are trying to live up to another's expectations, or compromising yourself to please someone else. Besides, you are a unique being. I suppose we needed a ’YOU’, and I may be wrong... But you would probably make the best YOU, out of anyone don't you think.
