Maybe you've heard of the fabulous Noni Fruit, but you may not know how many benefits this Super Fruit has.

Ten Reasons NONI is a super good.
10 benefits of Noni

Number 1. Noni is a natural mood elevator! I don't know about you, but some days negativity just brings me down. I can accomplish way more in life with a positive attitude!

Number 2. This natural fruit has been shown to regulate the immune system. This is helpful for antiviral purposes especially during the cold\flu season. It has helped a lot of people with Fibromyalgia fatigue as well, which I can attest to personally.

Number 3.  Many people have been using Noni Fruit for centuries as a pain reliever/analgesic. Pain sucks and we all know that overuse of medications can lead to even more problems.

Number 4.  This fruit is naturally filled with flavonoids and alkaloids. These are great for the body and the reason plants and fruits are so good for us.

Number 5.  As a natural antifungal Noni can help to control Candida overgrowth, and G.I. discomfort. In a topical paste it can be used as an antifungal for athlete's foot, ringworm, etc.

Number 6. As an immune and mood booster this wonder food also refreshes and energizes. Who needs a 'Power nap' if you when they have an assortment of Power Herbs in the cabinet?

Number 7.  Do you make your own soaps and beauty products? Well here's an idea for your next batch. Noni is a popular additive for shampoos, conditioners, and beauty bars.

Number 8. Kidney deficiency and function has been shown to be improved by this herbal remedy. This was one of the reasons I decided to experiment with Noni.

Number 9. Studies have also shown that Noni may increase fertility. I cannot speak on that, my baby factory has been closed since I was 24!

Number 10.  This fruit is packed with tons of vitamins and minerals including
Vitamins A, C, E, B, B2, B6, B12, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Folic acid, B complex, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper and Chromium, Manganese, Potassium, Carbohydrates. I believe most of us have shortages of some of these.
