Yes.. you read the pic right!

I’m going to show you some tough love. This is going to hurt me more than it’s going to hurt you, but someday you just may thank me for it.
Enough with the kind tidbits of advice, hoping someone will pay attention to it someday and the world will be a better place… blah, blah, blah!
I’m going to just put it all out there, and you may hate me, but I’ll feel much better getting it off of my chest.



  1. Quit feeling sorry for yourself!! Guess what? I’m not seeing many people anymore who haven’t gone through hell and back in some way, shape or form. Get over it. Find a way to heal and just get on with living. It’s time.
  2. Stop blaming your parents. Do your research! Your parents and their parents had their own struggles, and did the best with what THEY had and the hand they were dealt. Forgive and do YOUR best with your own.
  3. Start DOING instead of PLANNING. You already know what it is that you really want. It’s time to get started. There is SOMETHING you can do RIGHT NOW to take a step towards your goals. No matter how small, it all starts with one action. And then another, until it gains momentum.
  4. Stop giving up on you. Stop putting your life on hold. Treat you like you would treat others. Yes, I said it. Some of us do unto others, better than we do unto ourselves. It’s time to take the pics better self-care, and put time and effort into YOUR needs/wants.
  5. Focus. We all lose sight of our real dreams all too often. Focus. If you don’t know what it is you really want, then it’s time to narrow it down. Be realistic and make a decision about your future, without faltering and without making excuses.
  6. Redefine your circle. Out with the old, negative people and in with positive beings that help to inspire, or motivate you along the path to your new life. We can’t grow if our world stays the same. Point-Blank!! Of course, you can still see your old friends, if they are actually friends.. but branch out to discover how the other half lives.
  7. Love yourself. Really. It’s a cliche, but really look deep down inside and embrace your inner child. Know that you are wonderful. You are unique and beautiful in your own way, and you must OWN it. Let self-esteem issues go. Forget about anxiety. Go full steam ahead, no looking back. Don’t fret for the future, either. You’ve got this!
  8. Quit being lazy and inactive. Throw your television out the window and get creative! If you don’t have hobbies then figure out why not! We all need a creative outlook, it helps us balance the hard work and keeps us rounded. And grounded.
  9. Go outdoors! Get outside and become one with nature. Fresh air, sunshine, water.. all these are vital to a healthy, and happy existence. Do this often.
  10. Get up. Don’t just read articles, surf the web, and stay glued to your phone. Actually GET UP, and do something RIGHT NOW.. to get the ball rolling!!
